VP, Development, Senior Software/Web Developer at Iron Forge Development

Andrew Daniel has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Andrew worked as a VP Development and Senior Software/Web Developer at Iron Forge Development since September 2018. Prior to that, they were a Co-Founder and Software Developer at Metisoft Solutions from September 2017 to September 2018. In this role, they participated in strategic business decisions and developed visions for future projects while also building MVPs and prototypes.

From February 2016 to September 2017, Andrew worked as a Software Engineer in Controls & Network at Electronic Theatre Controls. Their responsibilities included software engineering related to controls and network systems.

Before entering the software industry, Andrew served in the US Air Force as an Airborne Cryptologic Linguist from November 2005 to October 2011. Andrew maintained their language skills in Kurdish-Kurmanji and was responsible for maintaining language training programs for over 800 linguists in their squadron. Andrew also served as the NCO in charge of a team of four.

Andrew's earlier experience includes working as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from June 2012 to June 2014. In this role, they focused on the synthesis and characterization of nanomaterials for renewable energy applications and presented their findings at various academic conferences.

Andrew Daniel attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2011 to 2015. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science. Additionally, they also obtained a second Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry, specializing in this field of study.
