Eric Gladstone

Eric Gladstone is currently the Head of Behavioral Science at Iron Light, where they design and lead systems aimed at creating behavioral change. They previously served as a Senior Behavioral Scientist at Roku Inc. and Facebook, and held academic positions as an Assistant Professor of Management at Gatton College of Business and Economics and a Visiting Assistant Professor at the Stockholm School of Economics. Eric completed their PhD in Organizational Behavior at Cornell University, where they also worked as a researcher and teaching assistant.
