David O'Connor

David O'Connor is an experienced information security professional with a robust background in managing security frameworks and compliance across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Information Security at Iron Mountain since April 2014, David oversees a global team and maintains numerous Information Security Policies aligned with industry standards including NIST and ISO27001. Previous roles include Senior Security Engineer at Nuance Communications and Agero, where David developed security strategies, managed vendor relationships, and contributed to HIPAA compliance initiatives. David's journey began at Partners HealthCare as Information Security Engineer II and Network Administrator, with foundational experience gained at Storage Networks. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
