Deborah Marson serves as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of Iron Mountain, a global leader in storage and information management solutions with over $4.2 billion in revenue and 90 million square feet of real estate in more than 50 countries. Previously, Deborah held the position of Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Iron Mountain from March 2014 to November 2019 and served as Deputy General Counsel at The Gillette Company from 1980 to 2007, where responsibilities included managing the delivery of legal services to global businesses and engaging with senior management for legal guidance. Deborah holds a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in government from Colby College, with further executive education from a program run by Harvard and Iron Mountain in 2013.
