Erik Ryan is an operational finance leader and current Chairman and President of the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra, where they are guiding a leadership transition and assessing long-term financial strategies. They have extensive experience in finance, having held various positions at GE from 2007 to 2016, where they advanced customer-first finance teams and managed significant revenue streams across multiple divisions. Currently, Erik serves as Senior Vice President and CFO for Iron Mountain's Global Records & Information Management, driving sustainable growth and process transformation. Additionally, they are involved with Katalyst Data Management's Board of Directors and the Cambridge Symphony Orchestra, applying their financial expertise to enhance community access to the arts. Erik is pursuing an MBA in Sustainability Studies from Yale University while holding a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Wake Forest University.
