John Lecker

John Lecker is a seasoned professional in design and construction management, currently serving as the Senior Director at Iron Mountain since April 2025. Prior to this role, John held the position of Senior Vice President at Ancora, where responsibilities included overseeing the Development Team and managing critical development projects across the country. John's experience also includes a tenure as Vice President of Development at Brookfield Properties, following a significant period at Forest City, where notable projects included The Yards—a large mixed-use development. Earlier in his career, John served as Deputy Project Director at Jacobs, leading the award-winning Howard Hughes Medical Institute Project. John's career began in the DC Government's OCTO as a Technology Program Manager, after which John worked as a Project Manager at Jacobs. John Lecker earned a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering in Construction Management from Penn State University.
