Lee Jim is currently the Head of Customer Excellence for Southeast Asia, leveraging extensive experience in customer experience strategy and business development. Previously, Lee held various roles at Iron Mountain, including Head of Customer Experience and National Business Development Manager, where they developed customer-centric strategies and led nationwide sales teams. Earlier in their career, Lee worked at Recall and Fuji Xerox, focusing on account management and sales execution. Lee holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce specializing in Economics from Monash University Malaysia.
