Rob Makin

Rob Makin is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Iron Mountain since September 2022, Makin previously held significant roles at Lenovo from April 2015 to September 2022, including Executive Director and General Manager of Device-as-a-Service and Managed Services, where innovative As-a-Service capabilities were developed. Makin's tenure at Lenovo also featured leadership in Global Financial Services and the Data Center Group in Australia and New Zealand. Previous positions include Director & General Manager of Sales and Marketing at Hostworks, Sales Director at Dell, and roles at Vodafone and Compaq focusing on account management and corporate sales. Education was completed at Grange School.
