Rob Young has extensive experience in finance and audit, beginning with a role as a Senior Associate in Audit and Risk Advisory at KPMG LLP from September 2008 to April 2011. Following this, Rob served as Finance Lead at Southern Air Inc. from April 2011 to July 2012. Subsequently, Rob worked at PepsiCo in various finance roles, including Finance Manager - Revenue Strategy, Senior Finance Manager - Revenue Strategy, Finance Director - Foodservice FP&A, and others, from July 2016 to February 2017. Since May 2024, Rob has been the Senior Director of Commercial Finance at Iron Mountain. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Marist University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
