Iron & Pine is a leading manufacturer of luxury modular buildings, based in Dalbeattie, Dumfries & Galloway, Scotland. We specialise in transforming recycled shipping containers into stunning, high-quality spaces — blending innovative design with sustainable construction to create buildings that are as beautiful as they are practical.

From unique holiday accommodation and glamping pods to modular offices, garden rooms, retail units, bar and catering units, and residential spaces, we deliver bespoke solutions across a wide range of industries. Whether you're a landowner looking to diversify, a business needing extra workspace, a wedding venue expanding its offering, or a homeowner wanting a standout garden studio, Iron & Pine brings your vision to life.

Every project is managed end-to-end by our talented in-house team — skilled welders, electricians, designers, and dedicated project managers — ensuring a seamless experience and an exceptional finish every time. We're proud to be a close-knit team of craftspeople who genuinely care about the work we produce and the clients we serve.

Our modular buildings are smart, sustainable, and built to last — well-insulated, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible. We have been recognised as the Outstanding Medium Sized Business of the Year at the Dumfries & Galloway Business Awards 2025, shortlisted at the Herald Property Awards Scotland, and featured by the BBC, ITV, The Sunday Telegraph, and more.

At Iron & Pine, we don't just build structures — we create inspiring spaces where people live, work, and thrive.
