Jack Pulliam

Jack Pulliam has a long and varied work history. Jack began their career in 2003 with the US Army, where they held various roles including Help Desk Supervisor, Information Management Supervisor, Senior Information Technology Specialist, Communication Security Manager, Senior System Specialist, Telecommunications Supervisor, Spectrum Manager, Drill Sergeant, Training Instructor, and Infantry. In 2020, they began working for Western Governors University as an Information Technology Student, and they also worked as a Help Desk Technician for SmileDirectClub. In 2021, they began working for IronArch Technology as a Desktop Engineer and Desktop Support Specialist.

Jack Pulliam is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Network Operations and Security from Western Governors University, which they began in 2020. Jack previously obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Networking and Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2017. Jack also holds certifications from PeopleCert, Linux Professional Institute (LPI), Coursera, Cisco, CompTIA, and the NRF Foundation. These certifications include the ITIL Foundation Level, LPI Linux Essentials, Google IT Support Certificate, Google/CompTIA dual credential, CCNA, CompTIA IT Operations Specialist – CIOS Stackable Certification, CompTIA Network+ ce Certification, CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist – CSIS Stackable Certification, CompTIA Security+ ce, CompTIA A+ ce Certification, and Customer Service & Sales.
