Ed C. has extensive experience in legal engineering and complex business litigation. Currently serving as Manager of Legal Engineering at Ironclad since March 2022, Ed leads a team of Legal Engineers to implement products and best practices for a diverse customer base. Previously, Ed held various roles at Ironclad, including Lead Legal Engineer and Senior Legal Engineer, focusing on customer engagement and process improvements. Ed's prior experience includes positions at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP as a Senior Attorney, where the focus was on software platforms for legal practice, and roles as a Staff Attorney at the First Court of Appeals. Ed has also served as a Litigation Associate at multiple law firms, handling complex matters across numerous legal domains. Ed holds a JD from the University of Chicago Law School and a B.A. from Rice University.
