Eli Stein is an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager currently leading efforts at Ironclad since February 2024, after serving in similar roles at mParticle and LiveRamp. At mParticle, Eli managed 13 Strategic Enterprise customer accounts valued at over $5.4M in annual recurring revenue (ARR). At LiveRamp, Eli was promoted to manage a portfolio of 20 Enterprise customers with an ARR of $8M, following an initial role driving implementation and retention across 28 accounts. Prior experience includes managing 50 Enterprise accounts at Demandforce, significantly reducing churn rates, and directing programs at Jewish Family and Children's Services of San Francisco. Eli holds a BA in History from Sonoma State University.
