Tom C.

Tom C. currently serves as a CTO Advisor at Ironclad since June 2025 and as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Products & Technology at Splunk since September 2022, where responsibilities include leading the company's product and technology strategy for Security and Observability products. Previously, Tom held the position of Senior Vice President of Engineering and Head of Product Innovation & Customer Experience at DocuSign from October 2016 to August 2022, playing a key role in scaling the company to over $2 billion in revenue. Additionally, Tom co-founded and advised 9Mile Labs, an early-stage startup accelerator, from March 2013 to April 2021, and served as Vice President of Platform & Infrastructure at Apptio from June 2014 to June 2016, focusing on software delivery and technical operations. Tom graduated with a BSBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona in 1991.
