Will Kolbus possesses a diverse professional background with extensive experience in product management, real estate investment, and engineering. Beginning as an Instructor Assistant at Kumon, Will transitioned to multiple roles in technology and engineering, including Electrical Design Engineer at Rose-Hulman Ventures and various positions at Salesforce, culminating in a Senior Product Manager role. As a co-founder of both Kolbus & Adams Holdings, LLC and Full Circle Property Group, LLC, Will focuses on creating affordable housing in Indianapolis. Currently, Will serves as a Staff Product Manager at Ironclad, leading initiatives in digital contracts. Will holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
