Max Kratz is a versatile Product Designer, Educator, Builder, and Analyst with a background in Culture Studies. They have served as a Training Facilitator at the New Israel Fund Deutschland from 2018 to 2021, co-creating anti-discrimination workshops for high school students in Berlin. In 2021, Max founded PoliTools, focusing on integrating Design Thinking into politics. As a Lead Teacher at Ironhack, they conceptualized a curriculum for AI tools in Product Design and have taught over 600 students in UX/UI design. Additionally, Max contributes as a freelance Product & Growth Designer, working with diverse clients to deliver comprehensive user experiences across various sectors.
