IronSharp Talent has evolved. I'm now offering hands-on micro missions as an independent ME/EE engineer who designs, fabricates, wires, assembles, builds, tests, and fixes real problems.

Forget traditional recruiting. I drop into defense, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing teams for 2-6 weeks to crack one specific issue your insiders can't solve:

- Recurring product/test failures
- Lab workflow bottlenecks
- Hiring processes that miss builders who ship hardware

What Makes This Different:
- Engineer in the trenches: I get dirty, not just advise
- One problem. Fresh eyes. Done: No agency, no open-ended consulting
- Precision outcomes: You own the fix, not a dependency

Still connect elite engineers when you need them. But first, tell me the one nagging problem you'd hand me if I walked into your shop tomorrow.
