Geoff Speare

Geoff Speare started their work experience in 2001 at Air Products and Chemicals Inc., where they worked as a Project Manager/Analyst. Geoff was responsible for converting Sybase-based applications to SQL Server and worked on data-load processes for importing legacy data into SAP.

In 2006, Geoff joined Viper Consulting Inc. as a Database Programmer.

Later in 2006, they moved to American Tower and worked as a Manager of Database Development from 2006 to 2011.

Geoff joined Ironside in 2011, where they held various roles. Geoff started as a Senior Consultant, providing expertise in business intelligence, performance management, predictive analytics, information management, and big data.

In 2016, Geoff became the Practice Lead, Information Management at Ironside, and held this position until 2021. Geoff then transitioned to the role of Director, Data Architecture and Engineering Practice, which they currently hold.

Geoff Speare attended Brown University from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Computer Science. Geoff has additional certification in Trifacta Wrangler, obtained in October 2019, from the institution Trifacta.
