Susan Ma

Susan Ma has over 15 years of work experience in various technical and consulting roles. Susan started their career at the University of Massachusetts as a Database Specialist and Web Developer from 2001 to 2006. Following that, they worked at Softscape as a Tech Lead and Consultant in 2005 and 2006. Since 2006, Susan has been employed at Ironside, where they initially served as a Tech Lead and Senior Consultant. Currently, they hold the position of Technical Manager, leading and managing technical projects for clients. At Ironside, Susan utilizes their expertise in business intelligence, performance management, predictive analytics, information management, and big data to help clients address their business challenges and reach their goals.

Susan Ma obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Xiamen University.
