Adam Bridgman has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Co-Founder and General Partner at Ironspring Ventures, where they focus on early-stage VC investing in digital industrial tech. Adam is also the Texas Chapter Leader of The Society for Construction Solutions (SCS) since 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Venture Affiliate at NextGen Venture Partners from 2015 to 2019. Adam also held various roles at HOLT Ventures, including Partner and Director. Adam'scareer began at J.P. Morgan as a Leveraged Finance Analyst from 2012 to 2015.

Adam Bridgman completed their Master in Professional Accounting, CPA at the Texas McCombs School of Business from 2007 to 2012. Adam pursued their field of study in accounting during this time. From 2015 to 2017, Adam attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and received an Executive Scholar degree in Growth & Innovation.
