What if access control could be proven correct—before the system ever ships?

IronVelo builds high-assurance authentication and authorization software for mission-critical systems where mistakes are not acceptable and failures are costly, irreversible, or dangerous.

Most identity and access platforms rely on configuration, testing, and operational controls to manage risk. That works for enterprise IT. It breaks down in defense, aerospace, and other mission-critical environments where authorization logic is complex, embedded, and deeply intertwined with system behavior. Subtle policy errors or unexpected interactions often remain hidden until deployment—or worse, until failure.

IronVelo takes a fundamentally different approach. We treat authorization as a correctness problem, not a configuration problem. Using formal methods, we prove that identity and access rules behave exactly as intended and cannot enter unsafe or unintended states. This allows entire classes of authorization failures to be eliminated during development, rather than discovered at runtime.

Our platform is built around a minimal, auditable policy engine designed to run in constrained and embedded environments where predictability and assurance matter as much as functionality. These guarantees cannot be bolted onto existing identity platforms—they require a system designed for verification from day one.

IronVelo supports organizations building systems where trust must be earned through proof, not assumption.
