At Irshad, we believe mental health is the engine behind every thriving individual, school, and workplace.
Founded over two decades ago, Irshad has grown into a regional pioneer in counseling psychology, educational psychology, and corporate wellbeing, combining clinical expertise with cultural relevance to meet the evolving needs of Arab communities.

Our core areas of focus:
1.Counseling Psychology
We provide individual, family, and group therapy grounded in evidence-based practice and a deep understanding of local context, offering safe, accessible mental health support across life stages.

2.Educational Psychology
We partner with schools to create emotionally resilient, future-ready students through assessments, tailored interventions, staff training, and family engagement — making psychological support a pillar of education.

3.Corporate Wellbeing
We help organizations prioritize human capital through proactive mental health programs, workplace assessments, and customized trainings that boost performance, retention, and culture.
Now operating in both Jordan and Saudi Arabia, our approach is interdisciplinary, and driven by purpose. Whether working with students, professionals, or entire institutions, our mission remains the same:

To normalize, humanize, and prioritize mental health across the region, one conversation, classroom, and company at a time.
