Olivier Isnard

Olivier Isnard is the Executive Deputy Director of Emergency Preparedness and Response at IRSN, where they have worked since 2010. Previously, Olivier served as a Research Scientist at Ecole Centrale de Lyon from 1999 to 2000 and held various leadership roles within IRSN, including Head of the Atmospheric Dispersion Modelling Section and Deputy Head of the Emergency Response Department. Olivier earned a PhD in Fluid Dynamics from Ecole Centrale de Lyon and has also completed advanced studies in Security and Justice at the Institut National des Hautes Etudes de la Sécurité et de la Justice.
