Shane Mattix

Shane Mattix has a diverse work experience in various industries. Shane started their career at Walston Motors as a Technical Support/Sales representative from 2002 to 2006. Subsequently, they joined MT Business Technologies as a Business Process Optimization Specialist, where they provided clients with managed network, print, and document services. From 2016 to 2018, Shane worked at Century Business Technologies, Inc. as a Business Solutions Engineer, consulting with businesses to streamline their processes through software solutions and custom development. Currently, they are the Technical Sales Leader at irth Solutions, a position they have held since April 2021. Prior to this role, Shane served as a Solutions Engineer, focusing on translating business needs to a technical team and facilitating successful communication for strategic technology application.

Shane Mattix attended Cornell Engineering from 2021 to 2022, where they pursued a degree in Design Thinking with a focus on Engineering. Prior to that, Shane studied Electronics Engineering at Marion Technical College and Pioneer Career and Technology Center, specializing in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Shane also holds additional certifications in Design Thinking from Cornell University College of Engineering and Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM.
