Tiffani James serves as the Sr. Director of Operations at Irth Solutions since January 2021, overseeing critical network infrastructure that supports various daily conveniences. Tiffani also held multiple roles in customer success and sales operations, including Sr. Director of Sales Ops, Customer Success, and Engagement, as well as Director and Manager of Customer Success. In addition to current responsibilities, Tiffani has contributed to the Executive Women International Columbus Chapter as a Member of the Board of Directors, Vice President, and Retention and Recruitment Director from September 2022 to September 2023. Previous experience includes various management positions at Skyline Exhibits and the Education Service Center of Ohio, along with a stint as an Independent Property and Casualty Insurance Agent. Tiffani holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Arts from Columbus State Community College.
