Ritwik Pandav

Ritwik Pandav is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and infrastructure engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer II at Kandji since November 2025, Ritwik previously held multiple roles at Hughes Systique Corporation from October 2014 to November 2025, including Senior Principal Engineer and Principal Software Engineer, focusing on software design, development, and maintenance for telecommunication applications. Earlier experience includes working as a Test Engineer at airtel, where testing and validation of LTE and 3G devices were primary responsibilities. In addition to technical roles, Ritwik has demonstrated leadership and analytical skills in various consulting and advisory positions, including a Graduate Residential Advisor at the University of Pennsylvania and roles with organizations like Wharton Community Consultants and Penn Biotech Group.
