Integrated Well Delivery & Project Leadership ---

IRWIN ENERGY delivers integrated project management and engineering-driven well delivery services for oil and gas operators across the Permian Basin and the broader southern United States. Our team brings more than 40 years of global drilling and field execution experience across drilling, completions, and production operations. We lead every project with a safety-first culture where HSE performance is our top priority and a core decision driver at every stage of planning and field execution.

We manage projects from early concept and engineering through field execution and production startup, with one accountable team coordinating scope, contractors, logistics, and field operations. Our structure gives operators tighter control of schedule, cost, quality, and HSE outcomes across the full well lifecycle. Safety planning, hazard controls, and compliance oversight stay built into daily operations — not treated as a checklist item.

Our integrated engineering and project teams include decades of facility and pipeline engineering experience supporting upstream and midstream scopes, including production facilities, gathering systems, and pipeline projects. We pair experienced engineering with procurement and construction management leadership to deliver designs that translate cleanly to the field and execute safely. The result is consistent delivery and repeatable performance across drilling programs, completion campaigns, production systems, and facility builds.
