Cheryl Cummings

Cheryl Cummings is an experienced professional in administration and team management, currently serving as the National Administration Manager at Irwin Mitchell since January 2020. In this role, Cheryl leads a team of over 35 Litigation Assistants and Office Administrators specializing in Personal Injury cases. Previously, Cheryl held various managerial positions at LV= from November 2011 to December 2019, managing three teams to achieve commercial objectives and ensuring effective workflow and strong broker relationships. Cheryl began a career in claims management at Direct Line Group, serving as Liability Resolution Team Leader and Motor Claims Recovery Team Leader from 2001 to 2011, focusing on claims resolution and team development. Cheryl holds a BTEC Diploma in Business & Finance from Carshalton College and has a foundation in secondary education from Norbury Manor High School for Girls.
