Clare Wiseman

Clare Wiseman is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in family law, currently serving as a Family Partner at Irwin Mitchell since June 2015. Prior to this role, Clare was a Matrimonial Partner at George Green LLP from May 2012 to June 2015, overseeing the family team and the broader Private Client offering. Earlier experience includes serving as the head of the family team and staff partner at Williamson & Soden Solicitors from October 2007 to April 2012, and as a Matrimonial Partner at French & Co from February 1998 to October 2007, where Clare progressed from a family/criminal solicitor. Academically, Clare holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Hons from Birmingham University and completed the Solicitors' Finals Exams with Distinction at Chester Law School.
