Deborah Casale

Deborah Casale is the Regional Lead Partner and an Employment Partner at Irwin Mitchell in London, where responsibilities include advising senior executives and directors on employment rights, negotiating high-value settlement agreements, and providing guidance on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. Prior to this, Deborah served as Head of Practice for the national employment team at Slater and Gordon Lawyers (UK) and held various roles, including Acting Head of Practice and Principal Lawyer. Deborah's career began at Gannons, where Deborah was a Partner and Solicitor. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of East Anglia and completed the Legal Practice Course at The University of Law.
