Helen Webster

Helen Webster is a highly experienced solicitor with a robust background in private client services, currently working at Irwin Mitchell since May 2021. Previously, Helen served as an associate solicitor at Ridley & Hall Solicitors from September 2013 to February 2021, and held the position of head of the private client department at Clough & Willis Solicitors from June 2011 to September 2013. Helen's expertise includes will drafting, inheritance tax planning, preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate administration, and providing assistance to trustees and elderly clients in their personal affairs. Helen began the career as a solicitor at Walker Morris and Michael W Halsall Solicitors. Academically, Helen holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The Manchester Metropolitan University and an LLB in Law from Leeds Beckett University.
