John Carter

John Carter is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in various senior roles within the tax sector. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Irwin Mitchell since March 2024, John has previously held the position of Senior Tax Manager at Prime Accountants Group from August 2021 to February 2024. Prior to that, John worked as an Expat Tax Manager at Mazars in the UK and as Head Of Tax at Roedl & Partner, where tax management expertise was further developed. Early career roles included Tax Advisor at EY and Tax Executive at Grant Thornton LLP. John Carter holds a CTA qualification and an ATT certification, along with an HNC in Business and Finance from Matthew Boulton College.
