Neil Whiteley is the Managing Partner and Regional Managing Partner at Irwin Mitchell, having joined the firm in September 1994. In June 2014, Neil relocated to Cambridge to establish the firm's 10th UK office while continuing to represent clients with serious injuries, including brain and spinal injuries. Neil has held various leadership positions, including Director of Legal Services and Serious Injury National Team Leader, overseeing teams focused on clinical negligence, personal injury, and workplace illness. Prior to his current roles, Neil served as a solicitor and partner in complex injury litigation and managed the National Brain Injury Services for Irwin Mitchell. Additionally, Neil was a Trustee at Headway North Derbyshire from 2003 to June 2014. Neil earned a Law degree from Newcastle University and a Legal Practice Diploma with Distinction from Nottingham Trent University.
