Richard Geraghty

Richard Geraghty is a legal professional with extensive experience in personal injury law. Since September 2017, Richard has served as a Partner at Irwin Mitchell, following a tenure as a Personal Injury Partner at Slater and Gordon Lawyers (UK) from 2012 to August 2017, where Richard managed high-value cases involving brain, amputation, and spinal injuries, as well as fatal accidents, and led national training initiatives. Prior to that, Richard was a Personal Injury Partner at RUSSELL JONES & WALKER from 1996 to 2012, after being promoted from solicitor in 2002, and began a legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at Bond Pearce from 1993 to 1995. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Nottingham and completed the Common Professional Examination at the University of Sussex, after studying at the College of Law, Guildford. Education was initially completed at Salesian College in Farnborough, Hampshire.
