Sarah Coles is a Partner at Irwin Mitchell, having joined the firm in September 2009 and becoming a partner on May 1, 2015. Previously, Sarah worked as an Associate Clinical Negligence Solicitor in the Medical Law and Patients Rights Team in the Leeds office. Prior to Irwin Mitchell, Sarah was a Solicitor at Kester Cunningham John from October 1996 to October 2008 and an Associate Solicitor at Ashton KCJ during the same timeframe. Sarah began the legal career as a trainee solicitor at Cunningham John, qualifying into the medical law team and becoming an Associate in 2002, remaining there for 14 years with a brief hiatus for volunteer work in South Africa. Academic qualifications include an LPC from York Law School and a Law LLB from the University of Hull.
