Dr. Jonathan Storey completed a degree in Physics and a PhD in Space Plasma Physics at the University of Leicester. With over 10 years of experience in optical instrumentation, they have designed and built advanced optical and laser-based instruments for various applications, including LIDAR systems for the European Space Agency and gas contaminant sensors for British Gas. In 2010, they co-founded IS-Instruments, an R&D company focused on compact, remote sensing instrumentation, and currently serve as Director. Dr. Storey is also a Lead Engineer at i3D robotics, continuing to contribute to the development of innovative optical technologies.
