We are Is It Safe?, an Open-Source app in development geared exclusively for people in the LGBTQ+ community. We aim to provide a cross-platform app with the ability to inform users which places are safe to go to.

Is It Safe? is a bilingual platform that allows the user to view nearby locations, their ratings and read about other people's experience in that same location. Plus: you can write your own reviews and experiences, search for places of interest, and add new places.

We are looking to promote security for a community that is the target of constant violence and with the objective of reducing the rates of aggression towards it.
