John Marshall has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. John is currently the CEO/Managing Partner of IS3 Solutions, a minority business enterprise specializing in project management and product development services. Prior to this, they served on the Board of Directors for The HBCU FoundationTM, a non-profit organization focused on the development of new products and services for enterprise clients in response to increased corporate commitments to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
John has also held executive positions at Kaplan Higher Education, where they established the Enterprise Integration Office and Governance Framework for the acquisition of Kaplan University by Purdue University. John was also the VP of Enterprise Portfolio & Project Management at Macmillan Learning.
Before that, they were the Founding Partner/Managing Director of The Petrochemical Standard, where they hired and managed a team of editors and product specialists and developed new products and services.
John Marshall has also held senior leadership roles at Platts, The McGraw Hill Companies, McGraw-Hill Education, and Dodge Data & Analytics, where their responsibilities included digital product development, technology leadership, and the development and deployment of new online products and services.
Additionally, John Marshall has served as the Olympic Committee Architect for the International Olympic Committee.
John Marshall obtained their Bachelor of Architecture degree from Howard University between 1985 and 1990. John pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Villanova University from 2004 to 2006, focusing on Business Administration and Management.
