Gabriel Ribeiro began their work experience in 2017 as a Vendedor at Magazine Luiza. After leaving Magazine Luiza in July 2018, they worked as a Vendedor at Ricardo Eletro (Máquina de Vendas) from April 2019 to August 2019. In 2020, they joined ARXO INDUSTRIAL DO BRASIL as an Auxiliar administrativo (PCP) from July 2020 to October 2020. Currently, Gabriel is employed at isaac, starting in June 2021 as an Analista de Customer Experience and progressing to different roles within the same department.

Gabriel Ribeiro is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development from UNOPAR - Universidade Norte do Paraná. Gabriel started their degree in 2021 and is expected to complete it in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Gabriel has obtained several certifications. In September 2021, they completed the Customer Experience Essential course from CS Academy. In August 2021, they completed the Communication & Oratory course from Escola Conquer. In July 2021, they completed the Integrated Course Program: IT Support from Google on Coursera. Gabriel also completed the IT Security: Defense Against Dark Arts in the Digital World course from Google on Coursera in July 2021. In the same month, Gabriel completed the IT Support training in Santa Catarina from Junior Achievement Brasil. In June 2021, they completed the Administration of IT Infrastructure Systems and Services course from Google on Coursera. Gabriel also completed the IT Security: Defense Against Dark Arts in the Digital World course from Google on Coursera in June 2021. In May 2021, they completed the Structure and Operation of Computer Networks course from Google on Coursera. Additionally, in May 2021, Gabriel completed the Fundamentals of Technical Support course from Google on Coursera. Gabriel also completed the Operating Systems and You: Becoming a Power User course from Google on Coursera in May 2021.

Furthermore, in April 2021, Gabriel obtained a Certification in Pre-Sales Training from Academia Exact.
