Amy Witkowski

Amy Witkowski, PMP, CSM has over 22 years of work experience. Amy is currently working as the Vice President of IT Business Management at ISACA, where they lead the IT Operations strategic function and ensures the delivery of IT business strategy through business analysis, project management, and product owner prioritization. In their role, they also collaborate with business stakeholders to set the overall strategy and direction of the IT department.

Before their current position, Amy served as the Senior Director of Enterprise Project Management at ISACA, where they worked from January 2021 to April 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Project Management Office (PMO) at ISACA from January 2018 to January 2021. In this role, they oversaw and directed the activities of the PMO team, implemented best practices and project management standards, and acted as a coach and mentor to the team. Amy was also responsible for creating, administering, and continuously improving the project management methodologies at ISACA.

Earlier in their career, Amy worked at Wolters Kluwer from 1998 to 2014. Amy held various positions, including Project Manager II, Sr. Analyst in the Technical Content Support Group, Sr. Production Specialist, and Production Specialist. In these roles, Amy demonstrated their expertise in defining project scope, developing project plans, effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders, monitoring system performance, performing capacity planning, and troubleshooting data and user problems.

Overall, Amy Witkowski has a strong background in project management and IT business management, with experience in leadership, strategic planning, and implementing best practices. Amy is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).

Amy Witkowski, PMP, CSM completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Communications from Northern Illinois University in 1998. Prior to that, they attended Crystal Lake South High School. Amy also holds additional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in 2013 and 2014 respectively.
