Niel Harper

Director Niel Harper, CDPSE, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, is the Chief Information Security Officer for the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS). Harper has more than 20 years of deep interdisciplinary knowledge and experience across the domains of technology, law and business. He also has leadership or advisory experience with organizations such as AT&T, Bemol, Canonical, CIBC, European Commission and the Internet Society, among others. Harper holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Leicester, a Master of Laws (LLM), Internet Law & Policy from the University of Strathclyde, and has completed executive programs at Nanyang Technological University, Florida International University and University of Oxford.
