Sean Lin

Sean Lin, DTM MBA, currently serves as President of Global Elite Toastmasters Club and District Director for Toastmasters International, District 89, since July 2021. Lin holds the position of Chief Executive at Hong Kong Goes On Foundation and has been a Founding Speaker and Keynote Speaker at Hong Kong Speakers Bureau since February 2013. As a part-time lecturer at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Lin teaches in the Master of Science in New Media Program, specifically the course on Cybercrime and Law. Additionally, Lin contributes to ISACA as the Professional Development Director for the Hong Kong Chapter and has served since March 1996 as Superintendent with the Hong Kong Police Force, focusing on frontline operations and cyber security. Previous leadership roles include President of Hong Kong Elite Toastmasters and Immediate Past Chairman of Convocation at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Lin's educational background includes multiple degrees from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, culminating in an MBA.
