ISAF Heart Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening emotional wellness, human connection, and creative expression in children and families.

Founded in Orlando and inspired by the artwork of young heart artist Isabella Sophia Alonso Freites, the foundation transforms her message — “I can’t see the heart, but I can feel it” — into programs that uplift communities through creativity, empathy, and emotional literacy.

We design and deliver initiatives that help children understand and process emotions, build resilience, and express themselves in healthy, creative ways. Our work brings together families, schools, community organizations, and local leaders to create spaces where art becomes a tool for healing and connection.

Our Focus Areas:
• Emotional wellness workshops for children and families
• Art-based programs that nurture self-expression and confidence
• Community partnerships supporting education, well-being, and inclusion
• Exhibitions and events that highlight children’s voices and stories
• Support for families navigating medical and developmental challenges

Since 2023, Isabella’s artwork has raised over $18,000 for community organizations, and her story continues to inspire a growing movement rooted in compassion, courage, and creativity.

Our mission is simple:
Help children feel seen, supported, and emotionally strong through the power of art and connection.

Join us as we build a future where every child knows their heart matters — and every family feels supported along the way.
