Rah Evolution has been a dedicated Yoga Instructor and Group Fitness & Healthy Lifestyle Expert since April 2011, focusing on helping individuals achieve their health, fitness, and nutritional goals. Rah has trained at an elite level, competed in international fitness competitions, and studied yoga in India. As a Co-Owner of BODYReDESIGN since June 2015, Rah offers a straightforward approach to fat loss and healthy living. Rah also previously served as a Manager and Crystal Director at Isagenix, where personalized wellness solutions were provided. Additionally, as a WBFF Pro Diva Fitness Model since April 2014, Rah promotes health and fitness through modeling and competitive events. Rah is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with training completed from a1000 Yoga between 2012 and 2013.
