Andrew Lyons

Andrew Lyons is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in the finance technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Developer at iSAM Securities since November 2023, Andrew has previously held the position of Senior Software Engineer at BidFX from May 2021 to October 2023. Andrew's career began at Caplin Systems, where tenure lasted from June 2009 to May 2021 as a Technical Lead focused on the development of the Caplin Trader platform, a sophisticated browser-based trading front end. Early experience includes a Software Development Intern role at Lehman Brothers, contributing to a database system for traders during an industrial placement in fixed income technology. Andrew obtained a First Class BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Kent, completing the degree in 2009.
