Charlène Jéhan

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, has extensive experience in nursing and health informatics. Since April 2003, Charlene has served as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente, where responsibilities include acting as a clinical documentation expert and leading care planning and patient bedside education initiatives. Prior to this role, Charlene was a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, successfully implementing the A4 Healthmatics ED application in a level one trauma department from October 2001 to April 2003. Earlier experience at Kaiser Permanente from July 1998 to October 2001 included modeling clinical concepts for the Convergent Medical Terminology and working as a staff nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Charlene holds a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
