ISC is the creator of Workstream, a subscription-based recruitment model centered around an embedded approach that supports hiring needs and delivers scalable recruitment capacity through configurable Streams.

For more than two decades, ISC has helped technology companies, from venture-backed startups to global software organizations, build high-performing teams with speed, clarity, and efficiency.

Workstream was created to solve a fundamental gap in how companies resource Talent Acquisition. Traditional recruitment models often create unpredictable costs, bandwidth limitations, and operational challenges. Workstream offers a modern alternative: a predictable and scalable approach that adapts to each company’s stage of growth and provides continuous recruitment support without the constraints of contingency, RPO, or fixed-seat staffing.

Through Workstream, ISC functions as a true force multiplier. The model can fully support Talent Acquisition for early-stage companies, or embed seamlessly with in-house teams to expand sourcing capacity, accelerate pipelines, and strengthen recruiting operations.
