Scott McDaniel is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with over a decade of experience in project controls and a strong focus on mission-critical environments. Currently, as a Project Controls Manager at ISC Constructors since January 2024, Scott leads initiatives within the Mission Critical department, enhancing project delivery through advanced scheduling and resource management. Previously, Scott has held roles at various organizations, including Project Controls Coordinator and Project Scheduler at ISC Constructors and BASF, respectively. With a background in Construction Management and Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University, Scott is dedicated to fostering innovation and efficiency across project workflows.
