Jaclyn Fathers

Jaclyn Fathers is a highly experienced sustainability professional currently serving as the Manager of Sustainability and ESG at ACEN Australia since September 2024 and as an Infrastructure Sustainability Council Verifier with the Infrastructure Sustainability Council since June 2022. Previously, Jaclyn was the Manager of Sustainability for Australia and New Zealand at ACCIONA from September 2020 to August 2024, where responsibilities included championing the Acciona Group Sustainability Strategy and providing support for Infrastructure Sustainability Council ratings. At Lendlease, where Jaclyn worked from September 2013 to September 2020 in various sustainability roles, significant contributions included fostering a sustainability culture, mentoring future leaders, and managing sustainability-focused initiatives across engineering projects. Jaclyn’s career also includes experience as a Case Manager at ISCA and a Field Geologist at McElroy Bryan Geological Services, underpinned by a Bachelor of Science in Geology/Earth Science from Macquarie University.
