Philip Helberg

Phil was appointed IWA’s Chief Executive Officer in June 2020, commencing the role in August 2020. Phil and the Infrastructure WA team’s primary focus is to work closely with the Board on Western Australia’s State Infrastructure Strategy, and to prepare for and progress other key functions.
